Welcome to the Balmerino, Gauldry, Kilmany and Logie Community Council
The aim of this website is
(a) - give the residents of Balmerino, Gauldry, Kimany and Logie areas open access to all decisions made by BGKL Community Council
(b) - access to all public documents involved in the running of the council
(c) - provide names of the Community Councillors, all Tay Bridgehead Fife councillors, the community police team. Lastly and most importantly to engage and involve the local community in as many ways as possible in order to improve the overall environment of the area. If any resident has any suggestions as to how the site can be improved or wishes to have an event posted, please contact us.

Foodbank
The Tay Bridgehead Foodbank’s principal aim is to help people who are in need of basic food, toiletries, etc. Generally, referrals come by social workers, health care visitors, community nurses, head teachers, police, clergy, doctors, etc.. However, in some instances, clients can self-refer by contacting the Foodbank directly.

A number of BGKL Community Councillors are stepping down from the BGKLCC after many years of service to the community. This opens 5 places on the Community Council and is an opportunity for residents from the villages in ward 17 to come onto the Community Council to give a voice to the community.
